About the role:
Join Karo Healthcare as the Training Manager / Head of Karo Academy, where you’ll lead and execute our strategic training agenda. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for educating pharmacies and healthcare professionals, championing our diverse product portfolio and ensuring comprehensive product knowledge and inspiration. You will innovate and develop both physical and digital training programs, create engaging content, and deliver impactful training sessions.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in health education or related field.
  • Experience as a pharmaceutical consultant, nurse, or pharmacist with additional education in marketing or economics.
  • Proven experience in developing, planning, and implementing training programs for healthcare personnel, particularly in pharmacies and clinics.
  • Experience in product training for derma, OTC and dental products is an advantage.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage training programs both digitally and on-site.
  • Skilled in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Proactive approach with an agile mindset and strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong relationship-building skills.
  • Innovative and creative mindset with a strong understanding of consumer behaviour.
  • Excellent communication skills both in English and Norwegian
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and alignment with global strategies

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop comprehensive training programs for Karo Academy, including physical and digital formats.
  • Create and manage content, presentations, and training materials.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute training sessions for various educational programs such as Karo Academy, 6in1, seminars, fairs, conferences, and webinars.
  • Conduct outreach product training, marketing, and promotion at clinics, doctors’ offices, and pharmacies.
  • Plan and organize promotional mailings to support training initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Key Account Management (KAM) and Brand teams to develop targeted training programs.
  • Work with digital resources and stakeholders to enhance training materials and methods.
