Responsibilities:
- Serve as the go-to person for all matters related to transfer pricing (prepare documentation, conduct analyses, make recommendations, participate in policy development, etc.);
- Handle cash management;
- Assist in preparing the year-end audit file, coordinating taxes, and external audits;
- Carefully review budget discrepancies and other inconsistencies;
- Evaluate current accounting procedures, propose recommendations for improvement, and implement new processes;
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations at the state level;
- Any other tasks related to the establishment of a new business in the U.S
