Description:
THE KIWI TOUR COMPANY LIMITED T/A MaiTrip is growing in travel industry. We sell domestic and international air tickets along with tour packages. We also assist our customer to provide best possible deals on accommodation and rental cars. We are looking for 2 Travel Consultant to service our customers for the above said services.
The job is full time permanent with minimum of 30 hours per week in Auckland region. You will be paid $29-32 depending on your skills and experience.
The role requires you :
- Daily processing of bookings, amendments and cancellations ensuring a response/confirmation to all booking requests the same day.
- Confirming all bookings into Tour plan with correct status, margin and price codes
- Liaising with Manager/Director to source necessary information for customer requests, including quotes.
- Answering queries and calculating quotes from customers or agents.
- Ensuring client customer service issues are addressed promptly.
- Maintaining profitability of files by following the file checking procedure
- Research, Analyse and recommend ways of improving operations and products and services offered to customers.
- Actively respond to customer feedback and show initiative to address suitable outcomes to customer enquiries.
- Managing work priorities to ensure that all clients are receiving service as per contractual obligations.
- Active participation in team
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Level 1 or equallent
Applicant with relevant travel industry expereince will be preferred .
Appropirate traning will be provided to the right applicant
