Requirements:

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Valid Class 1 drivers’ licence and reliable transport
• Physically fit and able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Must have at least Traffic Management Ticket, Construct safe Certificate or 1 year experience

• Ability to stand for long periods of time and complete manual labour tasksMust have working rights in NZ and will be subject to pre-employment checks.

• Direct and manage traffic flow at construction sites and roadworks
• Ensure safety protocols are followed
• Communicate effectively with drivers and team members
• Able to communicate well on walkie talkie
• Set up barricades and cones to block off areas and ensure the safety of workers and pedestrians.
• Monitor traffic flow and adjust traffic control measures as necessary.
• Communicate with workers and supervisors to ensure that traffic control measures are effective and safe.
