This position is located at 755 Brackbill Rd, Gap, Pennsylvania, 17527 United States Role Summary:
Shift: Wednesday - Saturday; 6:00am - 4:30pm
As a Clerk, you will be responsible for assisting the Leadership Team in the day-to-day operations of the department, monitoring productivity, and communicating necessary adjustments in departmental processes. You will be expected to be flexible in completing projects and navigating changing business priorities. Additionally, you will need to provide clear and concise directions to ensure SLAs are maintained and goals are met. You will perform department-specific tasks as assigned by the Supervisor/Manager and work with all organizational levels including fellow employees, customers, and management.

Role Qualifications:

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • High school degree or GED required
  • Professional written and verbal communication
  • Problem-solving and reporting skills
  • Strong computer skills; Microsoft Office Suite
  • Maintain acceptable attendance and must be able to work overtime as require
