Essentials: 2+ years’ experience in construction administration, ability to manage high-volume tasks, multitask and have high attention to detail, proficiency in Microsoft Office
Location: Dublin 2
Salary: €38,000

Our client, a leading residential developer known for delivering high-quality homes, is looking for a Utilities Coordinator to join their team as they expand their live projects in Greater Dublin. The role involves ensuring seamless utility administration across multiple projects and managing relationships with utility bodies.
The Utilities Coordinator will manage the administration and tracking of utility connections across active construction projects such as utility tracker; managing consultants applications, processing connection offers by securing signatures and coordinating legal agreements, such as wayleaves. You’ll submit utility applications, liaise with site teams, and monitor progress. Responsibilities also include administering HomeBond submissions, supporting site utility billing, and compiling ESG data for internal reporting.
