Job Purpose: The Co-Pack Associate 1 position will be the primary labor to completing all Co-Packing projects. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Assembling various products and displays according to customer specifications. * Operate Wrap Heat Tunnel Machine. * Must be able to operate Ink Injector and Tape Machine. * Stacking cases onto pallets according to specifications. * Performing rework and inspection on the product. * Completes necessary documentation thoroughly, accurately, and on-time. * Ability to be cross-trained to perform a variety of tasks. * Work on a continuous flow production line. * Other tasks as assigned by supervisor/manager. ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES: * Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. * Attention to detail and ability to follow direction. * Awareness of quality standards and ability to identify defects in products. * Ability to physically count articles or products on shelves, racks and pallets. QUALIFICATIONS: * Co-Packing or Warehouse experience is not required but preferred. * Experience using WMS software a plus (Synapse preferred). * PC literate with experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Access Database is a plus. EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: * High School Diploma or GED (General Education Diploma) equivalency. * Forklift certification a plus.
