The PVESC Client Service Supervisor is a people-focused, passionate, and highly dependable team member that plays a vital role in daily team communication workflows and client care support. As a Client Service Supervisor, you will enable conversation, communication and coordination between the hospital team and pet families. These skills facilitate patient intake, status updates, and discharge appointments. Within these workflows you will support and collaborate with the CSC and medical team members to provide exceptional service to our patients, clients and referral partners.
