We are seeking an enthusiastic individual with a passion for animals to join us as a Veterinary Receptionist at Alnorthumbria Veterinary Group.
Location: Ponteland branch
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 32 hours per week
Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday with a share in the Saturday rota

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Day-to-day duties of the role will include:

  • Answering phones and booking appointments
  • Responding to queries via phone, in person and email
  • Registering new clients
  • Completing insurance forms
  • Dispensing medications
  • Taking payments
  • And most importantly; providing a warm and welcoming experience to our clients arriving at the practice
