• Schedule appointments.
• Prepare to receive appointments by acquiring and updating client records, and preparing needed electronic forms in advance of clients’ arrival.
• Perform a variety of clerical duties, including receiving, sorting, distributing mail, sending out mailings, cleaning, organizing the reception area, and typing memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents.
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
