Job Description

Primary responsibilities are to provide Video Teleconferencing Design, Implementation and Maintenance support. Provide management and oversight to Audio Visual integrators/partners and employees on video teleconferencing projects. Provide leadership on new/upgrades of video teleconferencing projects in the areas of project design and engineering. Provide engineering and technical input to create, maintain, and implement video engineering standards. This position includes the following functions: Designing, engineering, installation, troubleshooting, repairing, testing, supporting conferences, and monitoring.

Responsibilities:

  • Work on assigned network infrastructure projects for video area technologies
  • Provide engineering and technical input to design , create, maintain, and implement video engineering standards
  • Work with other Systems Infrastructure teams during project implementation
  • Work with Front End Video Support team during project planning , implementation and BAU support
  • Responsible for successful completion of Installation, configuration and migration
  • Responsible for building / maintaining a test environment
  • Suggests new technologies and design changes
  • Improves and maintains customer and employee satisfaction
  • Troubleshoot technical issues
  • Perform root cause analysis
  • Perform analysis of alerts and events reported by video network management platforms and work on resolution
  • Handling incident tickets / requests
  • Provide support during system installations across all sites in North America and Latin America
  • Provide 2nd and 3rd Level support on daily video infrastructure issues
  • Define processes and ensure that the processes are adhered to
  • Maintain inventory of video related network and telecom devices
  • Test and Audit processes as required from time to time
  • Identify Skill gaps and plan for training
  • Troubleshooting experience on Video Endpoints
