JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the warehouse operations, ensuring efficient order fulfillment and maintaining a well-organized work environment. This position requires a proactive individual who can work effectively in a fast-paced setting while adhering to safety standards.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 18 years or older
• Warehouse experience preferred
• Perform physical labour (lifting 50lbs on a regular basis)
• Strong work history focused on safe work practices
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Strong work attendance, willingness to learn, follows instructions
• Open to a criminal record check

• Load and unload delivery trucks and trailers (when needed).
• To ensure that you wear your Leon’s uniform and that it is clean and presentable each day. Safety shoes are mandatory.
• Operate lift trucks- training is required and must have certification before use.
• Pick and prep stock for deliveries. Paying attention to bar codes and descriptions
• Complete magi-seal and leather care applications on customer pickups and outgoing deliveries.
• Complete fridge handle changes and in warehouse assembly.
• Unwrap and re-wrap products as required, for delivery or pick up.
• Ensure any product that is moved from a location is scanned and moved as per procedures.
• Understand and follow all company policies and procedures including all health and safety guidelines in the warehouse.
