Description:
WELLBEING SUPPORT WORKER
Line Manager: Assistant Manager Community Wellbeing
Place of work: Hybrid working from home, with travel within the Watford and Three Rivers District area to host clubs.
Contract: 3 months fixed-term contract (Nov-Jan)
Hours of work: 35h per week, with occasional evenings or weekends
Salary: £13.49/ hour
Summary
The post-holder will be part of a team that will deliver, promote, develop and record W3RTs range of wellbeing activities and services.
Having a valid driving licence and access to a car is essential.
Specific responsibilities
- Strong administrative skills, with the ability to manage various tasks efficiently
- Excellent telephone manner for answering calls and handling inquiries
- Proficient in using Charity Log or similar CRM systems
- Ability to monitor and respond to emails promptly and professionally
- Experience in processing requests and coordinating with teams
- Ability to raise and manage expenses for PS (Personal Shoppers) and volunteers
- Strong organisational skills to chase outstanding invoices and ensure follow-ups
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt and get up to speed quickly
- Self-motivated, able to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision
- Ability to make wellbeing calls and provide telephone support
- Creativity in designing and hosting online wellbeing activities
- Ability to plan and deliver out-of-club activities such as walks and social events
- Attention to detail in recording all activities in agreed systems
- Ability to handle ancillary administration, promotion, community, and partnership work related to the above tasks
