We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Window Sales Processor Administrator to join our team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, is comfortable with administrative tasks, and has experience in estimating and window processing.

Main Duties (include but are not limited to):

  • Processing orders and supporting administrative functions.
  • Preparing accurate quotations for installation projects.
  • Liaising with suppliers and clients.
  • Handling trade customer enquiries.
  • Assisting with estimating and window order processing.

Additional Duties:

  • Dealing with the public in a professional manner.
  • Booking appointments and taking incoming calls.
  • Managing stock levels.
  • Taking deliveries and organising storage.

Requirements:

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Effective and professional communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
