Description:
An exciting opportunity has risen for a Senior Workforce Intelligence Manager to join the East of England Workforce Training and Education Workforce Analytics and Business Intelligence team. You will support the Workforce Analytics and Business Intelligence Senior Lead to deliver high quality insight on workforce, training and education. The aim is to ensure a joined-up approach to the acquisition, validation, management and use of workforce and education data.
You will need
- experience and knowledge in the field of data management;
- strong analytical and modelling skills, experience of developing business intelligence solutions and dashboards using visualisation software;
- good communications skills and ability to influence across a broad range of stakeholders.
- Staff management experience.
You will work closely with the education and commissioning team and will develop a good understanding of the regional education planning and commissioning process to ensure the workforce analytics and BI team deliver on stakeholders’ demand for data and insight.
Your immediate task will be the design of an effective education and training data management process to ensure that the team and stakeholders have access to a comprehensive high-quality student activity dataset that brings together various data strands, often collected across a range of teams. Development of data insight, performance reports and visualisation tools will be key responsibilities.
