MOBIS Parts Europe N.V. is the European branch of Hyundai MOBIS, a worldwide leading supplier of genuine parts and accessories in the field of automotive. Together with Hyundai Motors and Kia Motors, Hyundai MOBIS is one of the biggest companies within the Hyundai group. In addition to research and development of high-tech products for passenger cars, MOBIS Parts Europe N.V. is responsible for the whole aftersales business of genuine parts and accessories for Hyundai Motors and Kia Motors in Europe.

• IT Help Desk L1/L2 direct point of contact for users
• Management of IT infrastructure and End-User office equipment
• Use IT ticketing system in order to provide support and to manage incoming tickets
• Use Remote support software
• Install Laptops, Desktops, Mobile devices, Software and Printers with network connection
• User account management with company standard procedures
• Interface to 3rd Level Support at PAN EU IT
• Ensures that MPE information technical infrastructure (Client infrastructure, Telephone system, and technical facilities) is properly maintained, supported and documented, in cooperation with internal and external partners.
• Maintaining knowledge bases and training manuals for users
• Providing management information and recommendations for IT service improvement
