THE OPPORTUNITY

Catch is currently seeking an Account Manager to partner with the various business units across Catch. As the Account Manager, you will be responsible for working within our Trade team to foster relationships with our third-party key/strategic retailers and help to grow the sales in their respective categories.

THE SKILLS YOU’LL HAVE

  • 3-5 years’ experience in a retail and/or eCommerce business in either operation, account management or customer service role.
  • Experience working to sales targets
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally within Trade.
  • Demonstrated drive to set and achieve aggressive growth targets.
  • Strong quantitative analytical skills (including database analysis and Excel skills).
  • Strong reporting skills and results orientated
  • A passion for delivering outstanding value to customers
  • An eye for detail and solutions-based outlook - find the issue and fix the situation.

  • Prioritisation skills - manage your workload in a sensible and efficient manner

Responsibilities:

What does a normal day in the life of an Account Manager look like? Well, no 2 days are alike at Catch, but you could probably expect your day to include some of the following things:

  • Manage and drive the growth of the seller’s business including range optimisation.
  • Build and execute a strategic account plan for various sellers within their quarterly category strategy.
  • Align activity to the AM playbook including alignment to strategic pillars and meeting cadence
  • Manage key improvement initiatives and projects: Drive new product launches and relationship extensions by partnering with the business development and onboarding teams.
  • Analyse the business: Conduct deep dive analysis and provide routine executive-level reporting on the seller’s current business and future opportunities. Publish recommendations and action plans based on data.
  • Liaise with Seller Performance Management and Customer Support teams to assist seller operations
  • Build strong communication channels at all levels of the seller’s organisation, set expectations, provide clear status communications, and work towards a growth plan.
  • Work with sellers to improve operational aspects of their business in providing a great consumer experience.
  • Coordinate the implementation of Catch Values and seller agreement across Sellers.
  • Develop high-potential sellers to become Strategic sellers, with aligned incentives.
