• Accounts receivable
• Update the expense sheet weekly with weekly payments.
• Process supplier invoices in Exonet, including entering creditor invoices and filing them.
• Complete payment allocations for all US customers, including daily allocations in Exonet for US credit cards 1 and 2.
• Reconcile US remittance advice for Amazon, Walmart, Home Depot, Chewy, Target, and Wayfair.
• Allocate AU and US Shopify and Afterpay payouts, including entering returns and other deductions such as merchant fees and chargebacks in Exonet.
• Financial Reporting & Processes
• Support the Group Bookkeeper with end-of-month processes, including handling PayPal AU and US payout allocations, chargebacks, fees, and returns in Exonet.
• Reconcile staff credit cards, including following up on receipts and recording payments in Exonet.
• Complete bank reconciliations for PayPal AU, Shopify AU, and Shopify US transactions.
• Complete bank reconciliation and aged balance reports for Perma Products US.
• Record Golden Lion invoices, purchase orders, and customer payments in MYOB.
• Complete supplier payment allocations and bank reconciliations for AU and US accounts.
