• Process all invoices received for payment in accordance with company guidelines to ensure efficient team operations.
• Post and process invoices daily with accuracy.
• Process employee credit card expense reports and investigate any discrepancies. Perform vendor statement reconciliations and create online payments.
• Follow up with vendors.
• Assist in preparing weekly reporting schedules such as Accounts Payable and Accrued Accounts Payable
