JOB SUMMARY:

We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Admin Executive to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in providing efficient administrative and backend support, contributing to the smooth operation of our personal care product manufacturing business.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience of at least 4 years in Admin/Backend support roles.
  • JAFZA experience is essential.
  • Strong experience in Import/Export documentation processes.
  • Ability to liaise effectively with vendors, suppliers, and customers.
  • Proficient in coordinating with sales and other backend teams.
  • Confidence, professionalism, and a presentable demeanor.
  • Familiarity with Bill of Lading and Performa Invoice documentation.
  • Openness to learning and taking on additional responsibilities.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
    Note: The ideal candidate should be proactive, adaptable, and capable of contributing to the overall efficiency of our personal care product manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive admin and backend support to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Handle Import/Export documentation processes efficiently.
  • Liaise with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely procurement of required materials.
  • Manage and respond to customer inquiries and concerns effectively.
  • Collaborate with sales and other backend staff to streamline processes and information flow.
  • Coordinate with relevant authorities for JAFZA-related processes and compliance.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in handling Bill of Lading and Performa Invoice documentation.
  • Maintain accurate records of transactions and communications with vendors, customers, and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of administrative tasks to support business operations.
  • Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, addressing queries and concerns.
  • Take on additional responsibilities and contribute to ongoing process improvement initiatives.
  • Contribute to the positive and collaborative work culture within the organization.
