THE VACANCY

As an administration assistant, you will be working alongside the domestic property team and be responsible for providing administrative support and assistance to the department. You will use our case management system to set up new clients, open new matters, following our stringent file opening process and provide clients with a 5* onboarding experience.
In return for your high levels of speed, accuracy, and attention to detail, you will receive unrivalled support to develop your skills and experience in a Legal Top 200 law firm.

Your main duties will include:

  • Assisting with files / parts of files as requested by the fee earners within the team.
  • Liaising with clients, dealing with routine and difficult enquiries professionally and promptly to the complete satisfaction of the client. Seeking advice and guidance where necessary.
  • Assisting with routine enquiries from telephone callers and visitors effectively, efficiently, and professionally.
  • Conveying messages clearly, quickly, and accurately.
  • Assisting fee earners in the daily running of the conveyancing department to include contact with estate agents, clients, solicitors, and outside agents.

We are interested to hear from candidates with initiative and a strong team ethos. Previous experience of property work on an administrative basis would be helpful but full training will be provided.
