Description & Requirements
As a business analyst, you will be part of an international team of business analysts. You will help bringing Infor’s Artificial Intelligence (AI) solution to the next level. Infor AI is part of our cloud-based Infor OS platform and enables our customers to deploy machine learning capabilities for improve their business. For example, by providing new insights based on business data, by supporting decision making through predictive analytics, or by optimizing business processes. Infor AI provides a user interface for selecting, exploring and preparing data, applying out of the box or customized algorithms, and training and evaluating models. It also provides functionality to deploy the AI models and monitor them.

A day in the life typically includes:

• Work with product managers (who are connecting with customers and define the roadmap) on gathering, analyzing, prioritizing and documenting requirements.
• Together with key engineers and architects, translate requirements into solution designs, including user interface mock-ups.
• Communicate with stakeholders and development teams during development.

• Work with quality assurance engineers to ensure that requirements are tested, and conduct acceptance testing to ensure that the specifications have been correctly interpreted. Write draft documentation and create presentations.

Basic qualifications:

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to communicate in both technical and non-technical language.
• Working knowledge in Artificial intelligence, Data Science or Machine Learning.
• Fluent in English.
• Analytical, result-driven and proactive
• Ability to evaluate information from various sources and resolve conflicts. Ability to engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously, prioritize tasks and make effective decisions under pressure.
• Knowledge of business analysis methods and techniques.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in a similar role.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Machine Learning, Computer Science or a related field.
• Familiarity with user interface design and usability.
• Experience in working in an international environment.
• Experience with cloud-native architectures and services.
• Knowledge of data management, data extraction or acquisition, business intelligence or data visualization.
• Knowledge of scripting or programming languages such as Python.
