Our Government client is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic AO3 Finance Officer to join their team on a 6-month contract.
As an AO3 Finance Officer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining financial operations by rotating through various functions such as accounts payable and receivables.

ABOUT YOU:

• Experience performing accounts payable and/or receivable functions
• Experience with processing invoices in a large ERP
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Able to work autonomously and in a team
• Proven ability to work to tight deadlines

• Perform accounts payable and/or receivable functions in accordance with relevant financial standards
• Manage mailbox for vendor invoices, queries and uploading invoices in the database
• Contribute to identifying and implementing areas for process improvement
• Liaise with suppliers to facilitate prompt receipt or payment of monies for services/products provided
• Provide document management support including electronic filling and retrieving of documents, reports and other records required
