We are looking for Application Engineer
REQUIREMENTS:
- A minimum of 2+ years of experience in implementing EMP/ERP systems such as OneStream, CCH Tagetik, Oracle, Anaplan or TM1
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Experience working with clients throughout various parts of implementation lifecycle
- Ability to grasp complex business concepts quickly to provide efficient input at appropriate stages in development lifecycle
- Knowledge of SQL
- Experience in optimizing performance and troubleshooting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
Responsibilities:
- Research, design, build, test and maintain applications on a business performance management platform
- Support the project team in all phases, from design and implementation to testing and deployment
- Model application and platform data and architecture to optimize effectiveness and efficiency.
- Integrate data into the platform from ERP and non-ERP source systems
- Code business rules and system configurations to support the business processes
- Build a robust change management process that enables frequent releases of high-quality increments
- Tenacious problem solver and comfortable making decisions under uncertainty
- Actively contribute to team ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-up, sprint review and retrospectives
- Demonstrate a strong ownership in understanding business needs and driving business valued outcome
