Perfil

• Graduate in Computer Science or related field;
• Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar role;
• Knowledge of file transfer protocols (sftp, ftp, CFT);
• Understanding of relational database concepts;
• Familiarity with RedHat Linux, Windows, UNIX, WAS, SQL;
• Experience with system scripting and administration;
• Understanding of ITIL principles and practices;
• Knowledge of Ansible and DevOps methodologies. Responsibilities: Support business IT needs and understand workflows;
• Maintain proper coverage during designated shifts;
• Address work tasks and issues promptly;
• Provide updates to stakeholders on project progress;
• Contribute to postrelease checkouts and improvements.
