QUALIFICATIONS:
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent foundation in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems.
- 3-5 years of experience supporting, programming, and developing business solutions.
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, allowing for clear and concise interactions with team members, superiors, and other departments.
- Exceptionally organized with a keen eye for detail and a structured approach to tasks.
- Committed to optimizing workflows and processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Demonstrated dedication to fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning within the team or organization.
TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE:
- 3-5 years of technical experience supporting ERP systems such as NetSuite or similar inventory, manufacturing, and accounting systems.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C++, Python, SQL and .NET
- Proficiency in using JavaScript, JQuery, Freemarker, CSS, HTML, and related front-end technologies.
- Ability to setup and troubleshoot network and computer hardware.
Additional consideration will be given to those having any of the following:
- Experience designing integrated solutions in cloud-based SaaS and iPaaS environments.
- Experience creating solutions via predictive AI analytics and Large Language Model tools.
- Experience supporting a Microsoft 365 business environment, including the use of SharePoint, Power Platform, Microsoft Entra ID, PowerShell, and other M365 Admin utilities.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to end-users by diagnosing and resolving issues related to enterprise-level applications (ERP, CRM, HRMS etc.) and other software used throughout the organization.
- Help manage application configurations, integrations, maintenance, security, and user provisioning.
- Investigate, develop, and implement automated methods that effectively solve business challenges.
- Generate scripts, workflows, queries, and other ad-hoc reports that provide sustainable tools and meaningful data.
- Collaborate and develop new Microsoft 365 based business solutions; leveraging tools such as SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- Help administer network equipment, user hardware, and other peripheral devices.
- Troubleshoot hardware and network issues when they arise for both on-prem and remote cases.
- Other duties as assigned.
