Description:
You will be part of a team that is responsible for operations which include operations monitoring, incident management and reporting, and coordination of response efforts during food safety or security incidents. The team will also conduct daily live operations monitoring and surveillance of food safety and facilities systems allowing for assessment and swift response to potential threats, and the development and management of the operations centre systems and facilities.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 3 years of experience in incident management and live operations monitoring in operation centres
- Good understanding of incident operations centre infrastructure and systems design will be an advantage
- Good interpersonal, analytical, problem solving, and communication skills
- Has initiative, able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and can work under presssure
- Able to work shifts when required

Responsibilities:
- Incident management:
- Promptly identifying and categorising incidents and coordinating response teams to effectively respond to incidents and provide critical information for informed decision-making.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting on the status of incidents in accordance with incident reporting and response procedures.
- Collaborate with government agencies and other stakeholders, as well as utilising advanced technologies to enhance situational awareness and decision-making processes.
- Review and implement incident reporting and response procedures and systems.
- Ops monitoring:
- Oversee the live monitoring and surveillance of CCTV and video analytics feeds from food safety and facilities systems for early detection of issues for swift intervention to minimise food safety and security risks.
- Ensure accurate and timely dissemination of the alerts and coordination of response.
- Ensure proper functioning of the systems and analyse video analytics data to identify anomalies or emerging risks.
- Develop operations reports and conduct trend analysis.
- Contract management and compliance
- Manage facilities to ensure optimal functionality, including coordinating facility maintenance, implementing security protocols, and ensuring the availability of necessary resources for seamless operations.
- Managing contracts with vendors, technology providers, and other relevant partners to support the Operations Centre, including procurement and contract terms, and monitoring performance.
