  • 73.5 hours per week 3 weeks on 3 weeks off

Responsibilities:

What you’ll do:

  • Plan work schedules that maintain a consistent level of service, whilst appreciating qualitative and financial targets.
  • Deal effectively and safely with service requests and incidents within the range of competence.
  • Lead and develop excellent standards of service across the site by assisting and developing team members to deliver standards that are in accordance with the Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators outlined in the contract.
  • Ensure compliance of Company, Client and statutory regulations and policies relating to safe systems of work, health & safety, hygiene, cleanliness, fire and COSHH.
  • Ensure all administrative activities e.g.: accountancy, payroll, recruitment, personnel records, and audit checks are completed accurately and in line with Sodexo policies
