Description:

  • At least 6 months - 2 years experience as an Inside Sales Associate.
  • B. E Degree in CS, Civil, Electronics Previous experience using a customer relationship management software
  • Experience in having high-level conversations with C-level executives
  • Understanding of cloud computing and the business benefits which it provides
  • The ability to present complex technology in a way non-technical people can understand
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Previous sales experience preferred
  • Experience with technology preferred

REQUIREMENTS

  • Perform sales operations and manage and maintain Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
  • Input data in an accurate and timely fashion on all customer contacts
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities, and expand Niveus footprint within existing accounts and new accounts from the google list of corporate accounts Pass qualified leads to Business Development Managers
  • Communicate directly with customers; recommend high-level solutions based on customer needs
  • Develop Rapport and gather information that will allow us to improve our relations and close business
  • Serve as the liaison between the Google sales team and Niveus Sales & Presales teams
  • Assist Business Development Managers in meeting and exceeding revenue quota and performance metrics goals
  • Participate in sales meetings and training to improve performance, enhance skills and help build departmental expertise
  • Set meetings with clients to understand business requirements
  • Coordinate with Niveus Business Development Managers as well as Partners to identify target accounts.
  • Increase effectiveness of tools and communication channels by recognizing opportunities for innovation and Send out email campaigns
  • proactively implementing new systems and processes.
  • Give technical demonstrations of various products and services to prospective customers.
  • Adhere to all applicable requirements, policies and procedures specified by the organization
