Description:

We are looking for an Associate Service Administrator - 9 Months , based in our office within Cluj-Napoca, Cluj, who will be primarily responsible to offer administrative support for Emerson Process Management SYSS Sales Service and Operations teams and locations across Europe with regards to various types of orders placed by customers!

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS THAT SET YOU APART:

  • Previous experience in a similar position
  • Knowledge of MRP/ERP systems

Responsibilities:

IN THIS ROLE, YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE:

  • Log all customers orders into CRM following the SYSS Sales Management guidelines;
  • Take ownership for customer orders received against quotations and verify them for accuracy;
  • Check all Compliance, Checkpoint and Commercial data on purchase order according to European SYSS Standards. Raise any queries to customer/relevant department;
  • Enter orders into the sales order processing systems ensuring all data is checked and accurate;
  • Ensure that the factory items have been scheduled for shipping, internal orders are placed by the purchasing department;

FOR THIS ROLE, YOU WILL NEED:

  • University degree or equivalent experience;
  • English – advanced level;
  • Good communication and collaboration skills;
  • Good PC skills: MsOffice Package (especially Excel), Outlook;
