We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join this team in the role of Associate Vice President Retail Business Banking Team Leader

RESPONSIBILITIES:

In this role, you will be responsible to support growth SME Lending /Funding within your area and able to manage team, credit risk, credit proposal, monitoring the installment. You need to have a good networking and collaboration with other department and ensure delivery consistently excellent customer experience.
Qualifications

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, YOU SHOULD MEET THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS:

• Hold minimum of Bachelor’s Degree
• Have minimum 8 years experience in SME segment
• High motivation and strong sales driven
• Has passion to build career in SME area and good networking is a must
• High motivation and strong commercial drive
• This position will be placed at Jakarta
