Description:
POSITION SUMMARY
The Business Analyst will interface with leadership, business owners, subject matter experts, technology associates and external business partners to manage and grow Allied’s Transparency in Coverage Program, as well as other key enterprise programs.
EDUCATION
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in business, healthcare, technology or related field or equivalent work experience required.
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
- 3+ years of experience in Business / Systems Analysis, preferably with a Healthcare organization required
- Proven experience in eliciting requirements and testing
- Prior experience with agile scrums and project management, specifically working with teams to develop requirements/user stories, testing, and coordination of complex data files/APIs
- Experience in analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools
- Proficient in data visualization solutions such as Visio
- Knowledge in generating process documentation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated computer literacy and advanced familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite required; Microsoft Project preferred
- Experience in healthcare is preferred
- Experience working with Azure DevOps is a plus
- Ability to travel as needed

Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate with Allied’s subject matter experts and technical team, as well as with external partners, to develop and gather monthly files for Allied’s Transparency in Coverage Program
- Coordinate, document business requirements, and execute the implementation of new Provider Networks, client customizations and other business requests associated with Allied’s Transparency in Coverage program
- Create and maintain business requirements documentation, user story development and processes, including data flows, diagrams, and charts for other enterprise-wide programs
- Assist Allied’s technical team in comprehending business requirements and communicating these needs using Agile methodologies, user stories, and use cases, in coordination with Product Owners
- Coordinate with teams from various departments to identify and implement solutions for the company’s processes and operations
- Other duties as assigned
