SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS:

You will be required to have, or be willing to obtain:

• Full unrestricted South Australia Driver’s Licence
• DHS Child-Related Employment Screening or Working With Children check
• National Police Clearance
• Training: Safe Environments for Children and Young People (Through Their Eyes)
• Ability and willingness to travel within South Australia as required

The Mission and Business Development Team provide expertise and support across the organisation through the development and implementation of projects, grants, and tenders.
As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring successful project outcomes of the project management portfolio. You will review and analyse current and proposed business operations and effectiveness of the project then consider and present options for improvements, recommendations for improvements and solution outcomes.

Key responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:

• Lead and develop cost/benefit analysis, process maps, work-flow diagrams, business models, process redesign, and user acceptance criteria
• Develop, training needs analysis to assist in business-as-usual (BAU) transitions
• Lead and develop 1:1, group activities, interviews, workshops, observations, and surveys to clarify business requirements.
