Description:
- Daily rate contract
- 6 months term
- Melbourne CBD hybrid model
The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business objectives and technical solutions. You will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyse business processes, and translate them into actionable technical specifications. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a deep understanding of both business and technical domains.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Business Analyst in a software development environment.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
- Proficiency in requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Visio is a plus.
- Familiarity with SQL, databases, and data analysis techniques is preferred.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) are a plus.
