Our client is seeking two dedicated and enthusiastic Business Analysts to join their team in Wellington. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with a Change Management Provider, documenting current state processes, identifying gaps, and developing new business processes in line with best industry practice. The successful candidates will also support other programme workstreams as required, making this a diverse and engaging role. Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in shaping our client’s operations. You will collaborate closely with the Change Management Provider to document current state processes, identify gaps, and develop new business processes. Your expertise in managing scope and prioritisation will be invaluable as you assist in implementing these new processes. Additionally, your ability to translate information from Subject Matter Experts into fit-for-purpose tools and reports will be key to supporting an assortment of programme milestones.

  • Work closely with the Change Management Provider to document current state processes
  • Identify gaps between current state and future state
  • Assist in implementing the new processes
  • Support other programme workstreams as required
  • Manage and process workstreams with team specific tool/process development
  • Validate solutions and create valuable documentation when needed such as process maps
  • Design and implement operational and workflow processes
