Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve dissecting complex systems and identifying key requirements. Your analytical skills will be put to the test as you propose effective solutions based on your data analysis. You’ll need to quickly understand new systems and processes, accelerating project time-lines. With minimal hand-holding, you’ll drive initiatives independently. A significant part of your role will involve articulating requirements effectively to the DevOps team, asking the question the developers and testers would ask to ensure that incident resolution is smooth and does not impact other areas.
