IN A NUTSHELL

Join our dynamic team as a Business Development Executive - or, as we call them at MD7, a Site Acquisition Consultant! You’ll be part of a forward-thinking company that specializes in providing cutting-edge solutions for Telecommunications. We are seeking a results-driven and highly motivated professional to take on the crucial role of sourcing new locations and negotiating rental agreements on behalf of our valued clients. This position is responsible for sourcing new locations and negotiating rental agreements with landlords on behalf of our clients.

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Exceptional verbal and written German language skills
  • Basic verbal and written English language skills
  • Sales or negotiation experience
  • Comfortable speaking on the phone and making cold calls
  • Property negotiation or real estate background preferred
  • Computer skills with proficiency in Excel, Outlook and Word
