REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree such as business administration, logistics, or a comparable qualification
  • Ideally, experience in a similar function and good specialist knowledge regarding logistics, supply chain management, or contract logistics
  • Network for the development of potential new customers
  • Preferably experience in the areas of business development and e-commerce and also with start-ups
  • Knowledge of CRM systems
  • Strong and proactive entrepreneurial thinking and acting, negotiation skills
  • Convincing personality with very good communication skills and enjoy working in a team hands-on mentality, willingness to change and flexibility.

Responsibilities:

  • Acquiring new customers for our contract logistics and expanding the brand in Germany
  • Ensuring the optimal presentation of the company and the associated brand
  • Actively monitor the relevant markets and analyze and define opportunities in the relevant market segment
  • Developing a growth strategy and implementing it in the right channels with the right products at the right price
  • Independently conducting contract negotiations, preparing offers and concluding contract logistics contracts
  • Responsibility for and realization of sales and distribution targets
  • Contact person for the support of new and existing customers and sustainable maintenance of regular customer contacts
