QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor degree or Diploma in a computer science-related discipline or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years working with Power BI
• Working knowledge of maintaining a Power BI report server
• Knowledge of SQL query and SQL database
• Good English communication skills
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies and research their usability factors
• Excellent problem solving, analytical, interpersonal and time-management skills.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Reporting to the Manager, IT Support SErvices, the Business Intelligence Analyst will be responsible for the following:

• Design Business Intelligence reports and services across the enterprise
• Evaluate customer requirements to determine best user experience
• Prototype solutions for product owners
• Manage the completion of task priorities and communicate status to management
• Work with DBAs to determine appropriate ERDs and data models
• Remain up to date on software applications and technologies that add value to the solutions and applications offered to customers
• Proactively identify and advise on technology solutions
• Other duties as required
