Robert Half has partnered with a valued client in the manufacturing industry who is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Buyer to manage their purchasing operations. The desired candidate will play a key role in procuring high-quality and cost-efficient supplies for our business operations. The ideal candidate should have an analytical mind and keep up with product and service trends.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistic, Business Administration (preferred)
• 2+ years of work experience as a Buyer or similar role in the manufacturing industry.
• Demonstrable experience in negotiating prices and terms and conditions.
• Knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques as well as a dexterity in reading the market.
• Proficiency in ERP software
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude.
