Description:
The postholder will be expected to track suspected and diagnosed cancer patients throughout their hospital journey. This involves documenting each step in the Somerset Cancer Register and escalating any investigations or appointments which fall outside of the agreed timescales. It is imperative each pathway is streamlined so that patients can be treated within the nationally agreed Cancer Waiting Times
