Description:

OUR CLIENT IS AN ESTABLISHED COMPANY SPECIALISING IN BIOMEDICAL AND MANUFACTURING. THEY ARE EXPANDING AND GROWING AT A FAST PACE AND NOW LOOKING TO HIRE A CHEMICAL PROCESS TECHNICIAN TO SUPPORT THE GROWTH. THEY ARE LOCATED IN THE WEST – EASILY ACCESSIBLE.

Duties of Chemical Process Technician:

  • Verification of necessary raw materials for the blending process.
  • Ensuring cleanliness of tanks and the surrounding area.
  • Collaboration with the team to execute inline cleaning in place and steam in place.
  • Documentation for Raw Material Receipt (RMR), including bubble point tests and chemical weighing.
  • Overseeing the regeneration of the RO water system.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma/Nitec in Chemical or Engineering related disciplineComfortable to perform rotating shifts
