    Redpath partners have been exclusively engaged by a Property developer under an Investment platform, the company will be working on projects up to 300 million across Sydney.

Responsibilities:

As a Clerk of Works/Senior Project Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of our development projects. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will be responsible for overseeing project sites, collaborating with contractors to ensure smooth progress, risk mitigation, and safeguarding clients interests. Your proactive approach, strong leadership skills, and attention to detail will be instrumental in driving project success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Quality Control: Ensure materials and workmanship meet standards.
  • Site Supervision: Oversee construction activities and schedules.
  • Documentation: Maintain records and report deviations.
  • Communication: Liaise between stakeholders effectively.
  • Problem Solving: Address construction issues promptly.

  • Progress Reporting: Provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Inspections: Conduct thorough checks at each construction stage.
