We offer the position of a
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Ensure data consistency by accurate sourcing, collection, assessment and entry of fund entity data into relevant systems
- Report to Front Office and /Support Team on progress with regards to researched and created records
QUALIFICATION
- The role requires some basic knowledge of legal entity forms (across European countries but preferably also other jurisdictions, e.g. Japan, Hong Kong, etc.) and the basic ability of understanding legal documents (e.g. prospectuses) not always written in English – hence also using online translating services, having identified and assessed relevant passages.
- Business administration/economics studies and MS Office (Excel) skills are a plus but not a must.
- Good English language skills.
- Basic interest in research activities within the internet and / or intranet.
- Comprehension of legal contents and applying country related web pages.
- KYC or Compliance basic knowledge (nice to have).
- Previous activities in Finance (internship) (nice to have).
- Willingness to work in the office on weekly basis or more often
