  • Excellent technology skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to quickly learn new software and tools as needed
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to spot violations or discrepancies
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to identify and address compliance issues
  • Able to work both independently and in a team environmen

Education and Experience:

  • Previous experience in compliance monitoring, property management, or related field is highly preferre

Physical Requirements:

  • Able to survey property as needed
  • Able to work in various weather conditions (i.e. heat, cold, rain, wind, etc.)Must have a valid Driver’s licens
Responsibilities

Guest & Resident Services

  • Greet guests warmly, answer inquiries, and direct phone calls professionally.
  • Provide assistance to residents, vendors, and visitors in a courteous and helpful manner.
  • Maintain accurate homeowner information in relevant systems and process payments.

Administrative & Office Support

  • Perform general administrative tasks, including service requests, architectural requests, tracking deposits, and processing payments.
  • Keep the reception and common areas clean, organized, and well-stocked.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute mail/packages; log payments in the receipt book; and coordinate returned mail with the Facilities Coordinator.
  • Collaborate with shipment vendors to ensure accurate and timely deliveries.
  • Assist in planning and organizing office and community events, meetings, and related materials.

Compliance & Community Standards

  • Inspect, research, and document exterior modification projects for conformity with prior written approvals or denials.
  • Investigate and document unauthorized architectural modifications, including processing homeowner notifications.
  • Monitor the community and issue violations to ensure compliance with governing documents and maintenance requirements.
  • Investigate and process parking variances in a timely manner.
  • Conduct resale inspections as needed.
  • Maintain organized, up-to-date records of inspection reports, violations, and other compliance-related data.
  • Upload violations into software, review/add notes, and process for email or mail distribution.
  • Participate in meetings and work groups to stay informed on new developments, policies, and guidelines.

    Work Hours: Monday – Friday, 8a – 5p
    Travel Requirements: Regular use of personal vehicle is required. Eligible for mileage reimbursement at the current IRS approved rates.
