• You will act as the point of contact for Tourlane travelers who need assistance or information while traveling to Namibia/ South Africa.
• You will proactively get in contact with Tourlane travelers and provide information through call or chat according to customer needs.
• You will inform our travelers about the newest attractions, local culture and provide valuable tips that make the customer journey more exciting and unforgettable.
• You will handle the introduction and sale of all additional activities and excursions to further improve our traveler’s local experience.
• You will work along with our local travel partner and Tourlane team in the Berlin office to provide regular updates and feedback, to further enhance the travelers experience in the destination.
