QUALIFICATIONS

• Completed 3rd year of Computer Science/Computer or Software Engineering, or Systems, Electrical Engineering with software knowledge;
• Software development knowledge in object oriented design and programming;
• Commitment to work well done, ensuring follow-ups and seeing that deadlines are respected;
• Ease of working with people (customer teams, several internal services and external suppliers);
• Due to the security requirement of the position, applicant has to be Canadian citizen or have landed immigrant status. Candidates with working/student visa only will not be retained;
• Strong English written and spoken skills.

• Design and implementation of software algorithms;
• Develop automation scripts, code and processes to achieve faster workflow;
• Interact with systems engineering on technical issues;
• Debugging software problems for simulation;
• Conduct independent research and provide new solutions to problems;
• Conduct and prepare presentations and demonstrations.
