Description:

Key Responsibilities :

  • Execute plans to implement the business strategy for new business avenues and platforms.
  • Implement the setup plans for the regional headquarters.
  • Collect data and information to support planning and development of new business avenues.
  • Execute information gathering for development and implementation plans of new business or market expansion.
  • Facilitate the coordination of resources for the implementation of setup plans for the regional headquarters.
  • Manage the operational tasks of board meetings and general assemblies, conducted in Japanese.
  • Adhere to processes, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and without errors.
  • Proactively identify and implement efficiencies and improvements in processes as needed.
  • Assist/Execute ad-hoc tasks as directed by a Manager, ensuring flawless execution.

Qualifications :

  • Degree in Business or Management Studies preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate planning, with a strong preference for those with experience in asset management, especially in energy projects.
  • Proficiency in English and Japanese to liaise with Japanese stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to follow processes meticulously and execute tasks without mistakes.

Skills :

  • Advanced skills in Business Intelligence & Data Analytics, Continuous Improvement Management, and Project Management.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in partnership development and risk management.
