SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:

Applicants are required to be Australian Citizens to be eligible for Defence clearance.

• Support the establishment and coordination of frameworks and baselines for project cost, schedule and risk for new and existing programs, to facilitate the successful achievement of project objectives
• Assist in the establishment of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual project rhythms for statusing, analysis and reporting on cost, schedule and risks in alignment with Business and Customer Rhythms and coordinate project adherence
• Assist in the establishment and maintenance of approved cost and schedule Project Management Baselines including incorporation of approved baseline changes
• Assist in the development and resource loading of schedules in accordance with established processes, standards, guidelines, health checks and code structures
• Assist in the incorporation of risk and schedule margin tasks into schedules based on risk registers and Project Managers/Cost Account Managers guidance
