We are currently looking for a Credit Card Processor to join our Resortcom family!
Position Summary
This position reports to the Credit Cards Supervisor and is responsible for card processing, refunds, adjustments, chargebacks and payment research.
Essential Functions

  • Processing of Credit Card Authorizations
  • Answering phones (manual authorizations)
  • Settle of daily transactions
  • Processing of Adjustment Notifications
  • Application of payments to Loan, Maintenance Fees, and Down Payments
  • Payment posting research
  • Posting reports balancing
  • Daily reporting to Clients
  • Processing refunds and posting
  • Chargeback Management
  • CRM management
  • All other duties and projects as assigned by management

Required Education and Experience

  • High school diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate)
  • Excellent organizational, multi-tasking and prioritizing skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • Bilingual (English – Spanish)

Preferred Education and Experience

  • Strong Math and analytical skills.
  • Database Date Entry
  • Customer Service Skills
